Handmade Jewelry Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on handmade jewelry when you spend $20.00 or more on our custom-designed products, which include our stunning handmade jewelry collection. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of your order.  

**Return Policy**  

At Dazzle Designs, our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused and in their original condition. We understand how important our unique custom design items, including handmade jewelry, are to you, and we process all orders within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping notification during this timeframe, please reach out to us at Info@dazzledesignsbydawn.com, and we will assist you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we may also offer an exchange or store credit.  

If your order from Dazzle Designs arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@dazzledesignsbydawn.com. Make sure to include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds for damages that occur during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
